We spent today on the Mekong delta visiting different islands, trying various fruit, and learning about the process for making coconut candy and honey. We had the same guide that took us to the Cu Chi tunnels the day before. He is really funny, and we enjoyed his commentary about each of the islands we visited. Our favorite part of the trip was sampling the coconut candy. It was delicious!
