We arrived at our home stay at 2 in the afternoon and no one knew what to do since there wasn’t anything structured plan. We spent most of the time playing cards and talking with each other. Another group also joined us, and it was fun to share travelling experiences and to discuss the differences in the countries we were from. That evening, we definitely had the best meal we’ve experienced in Vietnam. We had tofu, spring rolls, and several vegetable dishes. After dinner our tour guides brought out rice whisky for everyone to drink. They had already drunk seven glasses and were completely drunk. Sonja and I skipped the drinking and headed to bed early.
